So I booked a hotel from Hotwire.com. It was only $29! Can you believe that. Of Course taxes etc came to $40 but it's the fact that the nightly rate at the hotel was $99. That is the deal of the day. Of course there is a catch....you can't see the hotel name until after you book. It's kind of like priceline but you just don't bid. You see the lowest available fare for a two star, three star or four star hotel. Give it a try the next time you book. Especially if you want a deal.
