It's that time of year when fresh and local grown produce starts popping up at every corner. I love it! My pathetic garden even has tomatoes on the withered and strangely shaped plants! My mom-in-law gave me the most huge zucchini and I'm off to find a recipe for chocolate zucchini bread or muffins....Yummmm.
I'm also headed to the farmers market tomorrow hoping to find the vendor from 10 years ago that sold pineapple salsa. It was SOOOOO good. Is there anything bad about this time of year. Not at least where I live.
