I don't like to watch football, basketball or for that matter any sport. However we all seem to love the sports movies that inspire. You know the ones. Like, Remember the Titans, Rudy, and Invincible. The victory and defeat in these movies tend to draw us in and encourage us at some personal level.
I had never heard of the movie Pride before and it totally falls along with lines. Based on a true story of hope and courage to do what nobody dreamed possible. It's a good movie, good morals, and If I remember right even made me laugh a few times. It's a good movie for the whole fam-damly.
