Sunrise

It's been a long while since I've watched the sunrise. Maybe it's because of the way my house is situated that doesn't allow me to see or maybe it's because I've choose to sleep through every last one of them if I've had the choice. However watching the sunrise is one of my favorite things. It makes me think of how grateful I am for another day and I feel like I have a head start on the day. A new day and a new beginning.

I'm with you, in spirit. I loved watching them years ago and probably would again, but if never get up early enough to see one I'm usually trying to get everyone showered and out the door in time for something. Maybe this summer on a slower day.
